Facilities

The first step in assuring the sucess of your function will be meeting with our event coordinator. You can discuss your ideas and ask any questions that may arise. The coordinator will help you plan everything from the layout of your space, menu, and entertainment, to wedding/presentation ceremonies and reception.

• Basic rental includes clothed tables for seating, food, and display. For weddings, cake presentation registry, and gift tables are also provided.
• Rehearsal time for weddings or presentation ceremonies will be scheduled within the week of the event.
• All facilities will be set according to the size and type of function - customized setups may involve an additional fee. Your coordinator will advise you of such.

Facilities are rented out in blocks of five hours.
No furninshings may be removed from the premesis.

Decoration

The décor package includes elements of decoration (excluding live flowers) in colors of themes unique to your function. We take pride in finding something unique for every event.

• You may wish to provide your own décor. See our coordinator to discuss your ideas (we don't allow the use of staples, glitter, sequins, or silk petals)
• If you choose to decorate we will make the space available to you on a first-come, first-served basis for a period of four hours.

Catering

From light hors d'oeuvres to full dinners, our highly skilled culinary staff will customize a menu to suit any taste. We will meet with you, make suggestions, and listen to your ideas. All menus will be designed and priced on an individual basis.  No outside food or beverages are allowed at hosted events.

Wine

All wine purchases include the setup of a self-service wine bar that includes the use of Savannah Oaks Winery logo glasses, ice, and ice buckets. We offer special case pricing to all our clients.

Wedding Cakes

Wedding cakes purchased through Savannah Oaks Winery are beautifully displayed on a  An decorated table. An attendant will not only assure proper service, but will also box the cake topper to be taken home and enjoyed on your first anniversary.

Our wedding cakes are available in two styles: Swags and Shells, or Basket Weave. They may be stacked, or on columns. Icing may be white, ivory, or chocolate. Decorative additions to the cake may be purchased as part of your décor package.

Wedding Choreography

The Savannah Oaks director can handle all the details of your important day. From the rehearsal to the bouquet toss, we can make your day perfectly stress free.

Photography

Our staff photographer knows all the best locations for all the shots you don't want to miss. We will provide you a CD with up to 150 print resolution images including pre-event shots, staged photographs, and candids during the event and/or reception.
